Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup raspberry wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp grainy mustard
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black peper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients. Shake once more before pouring onto salad of choice.

Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon dried shallots
  • 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice of one large lemon
  • 1/2 virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well, and add to salad of choice.
