Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups oats
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour the water into a small pan. Then add the oil, honey, and molasses.
- Stir and cook the mixture until heated through
- Then add the vanilla, salt, and cinnamon and stir.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer to 2 oiled cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
